Mental health is equally as important as physical health, because just as we take care of our physical condition, diet and sleep, we should also take care of our mental well-being. 

Today, numerous authors are dealing with this issue and discussing mental health care more openly than before, which has the effect of reducing the stigma associated with this topic.

When I was thinking about how this eBook Cover should look like, I had in mind the results we get when we take responsibility for our own mental health. It is precisely for this reason that this picture radiates some positivity, because a positive outcome is possible if we dare to ask for help. 

The template is of course changeable and can be applied to all problems, but also solutions that are related to improving the general well-being.
